Change of Heart
At Minimalistarts, we pride ourselves on the quality of our product. Please be advised that we do not offer any return and refund due to a change of heart. Minimalist Arts is a sustainable store with the planet in mind therefore, all our prints are made-to-order to ensure wastage is minimised as much as possible.
We, however, suggest that you take your time to choose the piece that is right for your home carefully. You can contact us at email@example.com for a second opinion at any time and we will be more than happy to answer your queries. You can also measure your wall to ensure the right fit for the prints of your choice, or get a frame to the size of the print of your choice and visualize how it may look in your home.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We, at Minimalist Arts, ensure you receive your goods in perfect order. We offer unframed prints (print by itself), framed prints and wrapped canvas prints. For unframed prints, your prints will be packaged in sturdy, round tube packaging to ensure protection during shipment. Framed and wrapped canvas prints will come pre-packed with corners and film and then be packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders.
Upon receiving the goods and you noticed that it is faulty or that the item was damaged during transit, please take photos and videos then send them to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. We will not offer a refund if evidence of the damaged goods is not sent to us within the allocated time frame. Once conditions are met, we will offer you a full refund for the faulty item/s that you have received or send you a new one. Please be advised that it is at Minimalistarts discretion to determine the faultiness of the item before we can offer a refund.
Returns and Exchanges.
All our prints are made-to-order therefore we do not offer returns. We strive to ensure that product wastage is kept to a minimum as much as possible at Minimalist Arts which is why all our prints, framed prints and wrapped canvas prints are made to order therefore we do not offer returns.
We only offer exchanges if we have sent you the wrong item in this case you can keep or give away the wrong item we sent you and we will send the correct item to you at no cost. Because this is an error on our end, we will also offer a 20% discount on your next purchase with us should this ever happen to you.
Receiving Wrong Item
On an infrequent occasion, we may send you the wrong item accidentally. Please take a photo and a video then send it to email@example.com for preview. We will arrange to deliver the correct item at no cost to you and offer a 20% discount on your next purchase with us.
