Change of Heart
At Minimalist Arts, we take great pride in the quality of our work. Please be aware that we do not accept returns or refunds due to a change of heart. Minimalist Arts is a sustainable store that cares about the environment, so all of our prints are made-to-order to reduce waste as much as possible.
We recommend, however, that you take your time and carefully select the piece that is right for your home. You can contact us at email@example.com at any time for a second opinion, and we will be happy to answer your questions. You can also measure your wall to ensure a proper fit for the prints of your choice, or purchase a frame in the size of the print of your choice to see how it will look in your home.
Faulty or Damaged Items
At Minimalist Arts, we make certain that your items arrive in pristine condition. We provide unframed (prints on their own) prints, framed prints, and wrapped canvas prints. Your prints will be packaged in durable, round tube packaging for unframed prints to ensure protection during transportation. Pre-packaged corners and film will be included with framed and wrapped canvas prints, which will then be packaged in a box with robust edges to preserve the frames. In addition, I-beams are added to provide the box more durability and for multi-item orders.
If you receive the goods and discover that it is faulty or that it was damaged during transit, please take photos and videos and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. We will not issue a refund if evidence of the damaged goods is not sent to us within the time frame specified. Once the conditions are met, we will provide you with a full refund for the faulty item(s) you received or send you a replacement. Please be aware that Minimalist Arts reserves the right to determine the faultiness of the item before issuing a refund.
Returns and Exchanges.
At Minimalist Arts, we strive to keep product waste to a minimum as much as possible, which is why all of our prints, framed prints, and wrapped canvas prints are made to order and we do not offer or accept returns.
We only offer exchanges if we sent you the incorrect item. In this case, you can keep or give away the incorrect item and we will send you the correct item at no cost. Because this was an error on our part, we will also give you a 20% discount on your next purchase if this ever happens to you.
Receiving Wrong Item
On rare occasions, we may send you the incorrect item by mistake. Please send a photo and a video to email@example.com for a preview. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered at no cost to you and will give you a 20% discount on your next purchase with us.
