All our items are made-to-order, so please allow us 1 - 2 days to fulfil and make your order for unframed prints and 2 - 5 days for wrapped canvas and framed prints. Once your order is made, it will be dispatched from our fulfilment centre in your respective country and will take 3 - 7 days for the items to arrive at your door.

At Minimalist Arts, we make sure that your items arrive in pristine condition.

Your prints will be packaged in durable, round tube packaging for unframed prints to ensure protection during transportation.

In addition, I-beams are added to provide the box with more durability and for multi-item orders.

Our Wall Art Prints are printed on a thick, strong and sustainably made FSC premium matte poster paper which brings out the prints’ clarity and vividness. We always strive to use responsibly sourced materials. Our printed paper products and canvases are made from paper and wood from sustainably managed forests with a sustainable forest management system in place.

In the extremely unlikely event that your Prints do not arrive on schedule, we offer a 30-day warranty. We will give a full refund if you do not receive the item within 30 days. Please give the bank 1 to 3 weeks to process the refund.

You can track your order to better monitor your package. The tracker will be sent to you the moment your package has been dispatched.

At Minimalist Arts, we take great pride in the quality of our work. Please be aware that we do not accept returns or refunds due to a change of heart. Minimalist Arts is a sustainable store that cares about the environment, so all of our prints are made-to-order to reduce waste as much as possible.

If you receive the goods and discover that it is faulty or damaged during transit, please take photos and videos and email them to hello@minimalistarts.com within 24 hours. We will not issue a refund if evidence of the damaged goods is not sent to us within the specified time frame. Once the conditions are met, we will provide you with a full refund for the faulty item(s) you received or send you a replacement. Please be aware that Minimalist Arts reserves the right to determine the faultiness of the item before issuing a refund.

Yes, we offer responsibly sourced FSC paper from our sustainably managed forests. We work with suppliers that offer high-quality products that we hope will be enjoyed and used over and over again for a long period of time.

Our wrapped canvas has a texture that intensifies the image’s natural look and feel. Our canvas frames are made of FSC certified wood made and sourced responsibly. It is 2-3cm thick (0.8-1.2’’) thick and includes a mounting kit.

The museum-grade paper used in our framed prints is of the highest quality. It is thin and light, measuring 1-2cm in thickness. Our frames are made of shatterproof, clear plexiglass and come with a hanging kit that allows you to place them in portrait or landscape orientation.

We do not presently give clients the option of having the poster and frame-mounted together before shipment. However, we have chosen to do so to broaden our footprint of where we have poster+frames capabilities while also being able to serve you quickly and effectively.

End-customers, in our experience, are fine with putting the poster and frame together themselves, especially since they normally receive the posters and frames quickly with our service because of our various hubs across the world where we make and transport framed posters.

If you are unsure about how to mount a poster into a frame, please follow the instructions below:

• 1. Remove packaging from the frame and locate the small metal tabs on the back of the frame.
• 2. Bend the tabs through 90º
• 3. Once all the tabs have been lifted out of the way, the rear of the frame can be removed and the picture inserted into the frame. Then, replace the back of the frame and bend the tabs back down to hold the frame in position.

Yes, our frames come with a hanging kit that allows mounting them both horizontally and vertically, depending on the orientation of your poster.

On the rear panel of the frame, there is a pre-attached hook that can be used to hang the frame. The hanging kit may be included separately in a little plastic bag and not attached to the frame in some cases. In this scenario, you'll need to attach it to the rear panel with the included screws.
